Up to $3,000 per year for residential customers. The rebate reimburses actual labor and materials costs, up to the $3,000 cap. Commercial customers can receive up to $8,000.
Yes. Contact Georgetown Water Conservation at conservationservices@georgetowntexas.gov before starting any work or buying materials. Starting without pre-approval disqualifies the project.
Native Texas plants and drought-adapted species designed for Central Texas conditions. These use about 80% less water than non-native turf grass.
Services must be performed between October 1, 2025 and September 15, 2026. Apply after completion through the EGIA portal at gtx.conservationrebates.com.
If your total rebates for the calendar year reach $2,000 or more, yes. EGIA will request a W-9 form and you will receive a 1099 for that tax year.
Yes. Both DIY and contractor labor qualify โ whichever way you go, receipts for labor and materials are required.
