Henderson residents receive SNWA's $5/sq ft base rate for the first 10,000 sq ft ($2.50/sq ft above that), plus a $575 supplemental rebate from the City of Henderson. Tree bonuses are $150 per tree ($100 SNWA + $50 Henderson). You must apply for the SNWA rebate first, then apply separately for Henderson's supplemental.
