WELP is a rebate program from the Washington County Water Conservancy District that pays homeowners $2 per square foot to replace irrigated grass with water-efficient landscaping.
WCWCD serves Washington County, Utah — including St. George, Washington City, Hurricane, Ivins, Santa Clara, La Verkin, Toquerville, Leeds, and Virgin. Verify your address at wcwcd.gov.
