Any drought-tolerant landscaping: native plants, succulents, shrubs, decomposed granite, gravel, or decorative rock. All disturbed soil must be covered — bare soil is not allowed.
You have 90 days from the date of your approval notice to complete the project and submit completion photos.
Yes. The $2,000 cap is per household per year — you may apply in a subsequent year for additional turf removal.
